This is a quaint little Indonesian market that sells Indonesian groceries, snacks and hot food. I got the combo with coconut rice, tempeh, rendang and opor ayam and it was delicious and flavorful! The employees were so nice and explained everything they had today. I would definitely come back to try other things!

Love the Indonesian food here. The food is authentic and flavorful, just beware of the spice! Fast takeout spot with ready-made food. You can get rice with 2 or 3 sides. When I was there, they had 3 meat options and 3 vegetarian options to choose from.

First bite in and went wow. Every component is so flavorful. Enjoyed the coconut rice, tempeh, tofu, and kale. Affordable price for large portions. The homemade Rica Bakar chili is delicious and spicy. The market includes specialty Indonesian products and hot foods selection in the back. Going to visit again and again! Adding the Rica Bakar as a pantry staple. Wonderful and friendly mom and pop store that everyone should add on their trip to Metuchen. Yummmmm
